Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Presales/Sales Engineer.
  • 2+ years overall IT/development background.
  • Experience with RFPs, RFIs, and POCs.
  • Global customer experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to understand client demands.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Sales strategy planning in response to market and competitor behavior.
  • Collaborate with product development to create viable solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with marketing for trade shows and customer workshops.
  • Build lasting customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives as needed.
