SEED & SOIL- a campaign to fulfill the educational needs of first-generation learners, initiated by our Founder, Mr. Rathnavel Anandhakumar.
Every first-generation learner breaks the chain of illiteracy and poverty, making way for a more peaceful and civilized nation!
As a part of seed and soil campaign, Finforz picks one first generation learner every year to either extend monetary support or material support required to graduate successfully.
How do we do it?

We Visit them in person to understand their educational needs
